Our Mission Happy Hunting Prep Academy was born out of a need to bridge the gap in information distribution among job seekers. Our mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to confidently navigate the job market, excel in interviews, and optimize their job search strategies.

Our Story Happy Hunting Prep Academy is a dedicated space for the everyday job seeker. Here, you will learn everything you need to know to walk into interviews with confidence and maximize your job search efforts through targeted outreach.

Over the past 15 years, I have held several roles in HR, management, training, and recruiting. What I found consistent across all these roles was the lack of guidance on how to secure such positions. There was no clear roadmap to standing out from the competition or negotiating salaries. Sometimes I applied for roles where I was underqualified, and other times I was overqualified and underbid.

Through my experiences, I’ve learned that as the job market evolves, so must the strategies to appeal to employers. Larger companies protect their bottom line, but who looks out for the average candidate? That's where Happy Hunting Prep Academy steps in.

Why Choose Us? I don't claim to be an expert, guru, or "master" of the job search. However, I know what works. Out of the 100 jobs I’ve interviewed for over the years, there’s only been one I did not receive an offer for. My goal is to help level the playing field between employers and candidates by providing you with all the tools you need to shorten your job search time and secure the job you deserve.

 With over 8 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, sales, and management, I have dedicated my career to helping others navigate the complexities of job searching, career advancement, and personal growth. My passion for empowering individuals stems from my own struggles during my job search journey.

 At Happy Hunting Prep Academy, we believe in a holistic approach to career preparation, combining personal branding with mindset coaching. Our goal is to equip you with the skills, confidence, and resources needed to achieve your career aspirations.
